HelloPrompt is an independent catalog curated exclusively by site administrators. There are no public user registrations, public account portals, or user-submitted prompt pipelines.

3. Use License & Prompt Copying

Visitors are encouraged to copy and modify the text prompts presented on HelloPrompt for personal, educational, research, and commercial generative AI projects.

• Text Prompts: You may copy prompts freely via our one-click copy button and adapt them in your chosen generative AI model or synthesis engine.
• Preview Images: Sample images displayed on HelloPrompt are provided for visual preview and illustrative reference only. Some preview imagery may be copyrighted by its respective creators or licensed under creative commons/stock licenses (such as Unsplash). You may not bulk download, hotlink, or resell preview images directly.
• Software & Design: The visual layout, branding, logos, icons, CSS styles, and database architecture of HelloPrompt remain the exclusive property of HelloPrompt.

4. Prohibited Uses

While using HelloPrompt, you agree not to:

• Deploy automated scrapers, spiders, or bots at high velocity that degrade site performance or bypass rate limits.

• Use prompt formulas or instructions obtained from the site to generate unlawful, defamatory, abusive, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or violent imagery on external AI platforms.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror the website in a manner designed to mislead the public or impersonate HelloPrompt.

5. AI Output & Generation Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence image generation models are non-deterministic. A prompt entered into any generative AI tool will produce different results based on random seeds, model checkpoint versions, sampling steps, and platform modifications. HelloPrompt does not guarantee that using any prompt will produce identical or equivalent visual results to the preview artwork displayed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on HelloPrompt are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. HelloPrompt disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HelloPrompt or its administrators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Website, the prompts, or any external AI image generators.
